1. Introduction
Welcome to Blueberry Detail LLC. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following
terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Agreement
By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that:
- You are the owner or authorized representative of the vehicle.
- You will provide access to the vehicle and viable space to perform the service.
- The vehicle will be in a condition that allows us to perform the detailing service
efficiently.
3. Pricing & Extra Charges
- All listed service prices are starting rates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition,
and specific requests. within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a - Extra Dirty Vehicles: If a vehicle requires more than 30 additional minutes due to
excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or other conditions, a minimum $40 upcharge will be
applied. - Hazard Fees: A hazard fee of at least $35 will be charged for vehicles containing
biohazards, mold, sharp objects, or other unsafe or unsanitary conditions that require
additional precautions or specialized handling.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $50
cancellation fee. - We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions,
unforeseen circumstances, or vehicle conditions that prevent service completion.
5. Liability & Damages
- We take every precaution to handle vehicles with care. However, we are not responsible
for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues. - Customers should remove personal belongings before service. We are not liable for lost
or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
6. Payment & Refunds
- Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept credit card.
- All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances, at our
discretion.
7. Customer Satisfaction
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will
assess the issue. - We do not offer refunds, but we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and
ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes
acceptance of any changes.
