I'm very appreciative and happy with final result especially considering the circumstances. It looks and smells fresh again. I had a great experience with Blueberry mobile detailing! I needed my seats shampooed because I had a stubborn tire-shine oil stain that I couldn’t get out no matter what I tried.

Sebastian was extremely honest from the beginning. He looked at the stain and told me he wasn’t sure if it would come out completely, but that he would do his best. I really appreciated that honesty. He took the time to find a solution, provided excellent customer service, and the price was very reasonable.

I called yesterday after 3pm and asked if they had availability for today. They did. Oleh did such an amazing job. It literally loooks like I just got my car off the lot. He was able to get the spoiled milk smell out and remove push pop candy from my seats. Definitely recommend them for their attention to detail, availability, and price. I booked a detailing service to address some hard water spots on my car, which I clearly pointed out before the appointment. The team was punctual and responsive, and I walked through everything I needed addressed with them directly.

However, after the car was handed back to me, I noticed the swirl marks looked more intense than expected. Since the detailing was done outside, the lighting made it hard to fully judge the finish at the time. The technician did point out some light swirling, which I agreed with in the moment. But once I got the car into my garage under proper lighting, it was clear the swirling was significantly worse than what I'd seen on site, and it was present across the whole car, mainly noticeable on the front hood and side doors.

I reached out to them afterward, and to their credit, they responded quickly and we agreed on a follow-up appointment for a first stage paint correction to address it. I'll update this review once that's done to reflect the final outcome.

Update: Ray was very responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns about the swirls, and walked through the correction plan with me before scheduling the follow-up. Oley handled the first stage paint correction and did a great job, the swirling on the hood and side doors is noticeably improved and the finish looks great. Really appreciate them standing behind their work and making it right.
